Issue: app-editors/imhex-1.31.0 overwrites CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS or adds uncommon ones.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: guru_ci)

NOTE:
This QA check is tinderbox-only, there is the list of the flags that should be dropped out, if you think it is a false positive please let me know.

As far as I can see, we need `-fPIE` to build the app. It is not in any parameter we can modify.

I write this to let you know I do think it is a false positive as doing a search for fPIE in the repo returns nothings, so you cannot change it.
