Thank you ulm. Pushed current draft as "glep-0084" branch, and the draft can be found at [1]. Please note that there is still a TODO for Reference Implementation, which will be done hopefully soon. GLEP 28 says: If a Draft GLEP is inactive for more than 60 days or an Accepted GLEP is inactive for more than six months, then it would be marked as "deferred" on the main GLEP page.
