PipeWire 0.3.80 changelog says "The echo-canceller was ported to webrtc-audio-processing-1".

media-libs/webrtc-audio-processing:1 has been masked with the following reason: "Incompatible with c++17 abseil-cpp, no in-tree consumers yet".

I'm not sure if the former can be dealt with, but we have an in-tree consumer now.
