Affects the file template, and only occures when *not* logged in (In reply to Andreas K. We don't need to fix every incorrect usage of the FileBox, CodeBox, and KernelBox templates with this bug, so I'm posting the solution here: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Template:PreBox#Documentation In the instance of [1], removing <pre> tags solved the problem. Please follow the Documentation in the link above to fix other outstanding issues.
