with media-video/pipewire masked, it's impossible to emerge kde-apps/spectacle without it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add media-video/pipewire to package.mask
2. emerge -va kde-apps/spectacle
Actual Results:  
emerge fails with the error above

Expected Results:  
spectacle builds without pipewire support

I took a liberty to set major priority because the best Gentoo feature is broken - ability to build system without new, unstable or controversial bits. pipewire breaks USB sound interface EVERY update - each time in a different manner.

Answer to $summary: yes. Also, it was mentioned in the news - pipewire is default for plasma profile.
