Was made aware of a missing BDEPEND of dev-perl/XML-Parser on this package so quickly reporting to make sure it isn't forgotten.

Always check what is actually using it first.

The package BDEPENDs on intltool and the error mentions intltool needing XML-Parser. The user needs to run perl-cleaner --all.
