/etc/profile.local.after:export CPATH="/home/$USER/root/include:$CPATH" obviously breaks on CPATH="" sometimes ... i was also experiencing this problem with util-linux-2.12r-r4. problem avoided using the following: anthony# emerge -e system .. problems when get to util-linux anthony# echo $CPATH /usr/local/include/boost-1_33: anthony# export CPATH="/usr/local/include/boost-1_33" anthony# emerge -1 util-linux .. builds ok |
