Just didn't see that before: >>> Unpacking sgml-common-0.6.3.tgz to /var/tmp/portage/sgml-common-0.6.3-r4/work configure.in:4: your implementation of AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE comes from an configure.in:4: old Automake version. You should recreate aclocal.m4 configure.in:4: with aclocal and run automake again. doc/man/Makefile.am:2: `man8dir' is not a legitimate directory for `DATA' >>> Source unpacked. Now investigating I figured out I had a stale export WANT_AUTOMAKE=1.8 in my /etc/profile which I added for some reason I can't recall, and obviously broke this ebuild. After removing that line and relogging in, everything works well again. |
