The loaders for ioncube can now be downloaded from their webiste with no password required:

http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php

This could mean we don't have to pre-download the tar.gz file when installing.

We have decided to drop Ioncube-Loaders for now, the versioning and architecture
caos make it impossible to maintain reliably in Portage. The actual ebuild will
remain in Portage until we delete it, along with the old-style PHP packages.
There will not be a updated Ioncube-Loader ebuild for dev-lang/php. For anyone
who needs it it's just a matter of downloading the appropriate package and
cp'ing a file to a directory.
