Windows 11 VM. 

Save the machine state
Start up the VM it should go right back to where it was before savestate was run

It crashes on start. 

Reproducible: Always

Look at the part where it loads the TPM. It is failing in that place.

The fix is not on their public svn either, last synced on 2023-08-04.  I guess all we can do is wait for the next release.

I hope it's soon. I need that feature to work, gets me out of tight spots when desktop freezes or loses input.
