I cannot find any reference to LGPL-2.1+ in the package. The only GPL-like licensed file is https://git.linux-nfs.org/?p=steved/libtirpc.git;a=blob;f=m4/ax_pthread.m4;h=9f35d139149f8d9bda17cddb730cd13bcf775465;hb=HEAD which is GPL-3+ and is not installed.
