As per code in subdir gtkdoc e.g. https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk-doc/-/blob/master/gtkdoc/check.py LICENSE is "GPL-2+ FDL-1.1"

Thanks for filing these.

For these bugs, could you consider (at least where it's straightforward) making github PRs or attaching git am-able patches for them, so we can apply easily?

If time permits I will consider doing a second pass over the bug-reports, but at the moment the schedule I have to adhere to makes these reports already an unplanned extra.
