Issue: sys-apps/memtest86-bin-10.5 fetches file(s) that do not match recorded size.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: ci)

NOTE:
While the resolution of this bug may be trivial I'd like to suggest to pay attention at WHY and if it is the case of a tarball fraudulently replaced (hacked mirror).

Not caused by my change, but I'll bump it to 10.6 and regen manifest anyway. 

This could really use a static versioned link though otherwise it will just keep happening.

    This really needs a static versioned url otherwise
    it will just keep breaking.

Yes it does keep happening and I keep fixing it as quickly as I can.  Upstream has informally said [1] we can mirror their binaries but our license team wants me to get something official in writing before we do that.
