Patch for poppler ebuild

Here is a patch for the poppler ebuild. It introduces a Qt USE flag because the
Qt binding now actually compiles.

I tested the poppler-qt binding with KDE's pdf kfile-plugin from KDE's CVS HEAD
and it works.
