Issue: sys-kernel/gentoo-kernel-6.1.43 installs files that contain writable and executable sections.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: python-3.12_tinderbox)

NOTE:
(PYTHON-3.12-SYSTEM) in the summary means that the bug was found on a machine that runs python-3.12 but this bug MAY or MAY NOT BE related to the new python version
For binary packages it is enough to hide the QA warning.

gcc14_tinderbox has reproduced this issue with version 6.1.85 - Updating summary.

I have encountered this message continuously for (at least) the past year.  The latest message from portage:
