On the livecd for IA64, bnx2x (ethernet) firmware is not included. All Itanium 9300 based machines would've likely been shipped with bnx2x based nics, so I feel like they should be included for the IA64 release.

We also just had a report that this is an issue for certain power8 servers as well.  This bug should be generic for including sys-kernel/linux-firmware on all installation ISO's.
