still have some references to "LiveCD" instead of "Installation CD"

well LiveCD ----> Installation CD is supposed for 2005.0 release
hppa hasn't it atm
so I changed only hb-install-ppc-*

hppa's current stable release is 2004.3 which still uses LiveCD terminology.
MIPS doesn't have LiveCDs, the occurrence of LiveCD is in a commented-out section.
