php-gtk has inside some extension
php-gtk-1.0.1 enables only glade extension
I see it is possible to enable some other extension by adding dependencies
and properly --enable-features
gtkhtml has some minor problems in being added, so I took from php-gtk mailing list suggestion on how to patch it to have it working.

I'm going to add ebuild and patch
It works for me.
