This is normal since FEATURES=preserve-libs was introduced. The output signals pandoc links against icu meaning that pandoc has a runtime requirement on icu. More so it would be a := type dependency so that pandoc gets rebuilt by portage with icu upgrades without the use of preserved-rebuild. Preserved libs is that just saving him from a broken pandoc binary, which should've been rebuilt in normal circumstances. |
