4.9.2-r1 got 2 testfailures on ppc which are fixed in 4.9.3-r1:

ERROR: test_html_prefix_nsmap (lxml.tests.test_etree.ETreeOnlyTestCase)
ERROR: test_iterparse_utf16_bom (lxml.tests.test_io.ETreeIOTestCase)
