In the logs I see mention of a rogue sqlite library in /usr/local: /usr/local/lib/libsqlite3.a Try cleaning that up. And by "that", I meant everything sqlite related in /usr/local -- including sqlite3.pc if it exists. It worked. I removed /usr/local/lib/libsqlite3.a and then emerged qt6 without problem. I don't know where this file came -__- Sorry for the bug report.
