Should be done together given vkd3d-proton-2.9 can use new features from dxvk-2.2 when installed in the same wine prefix (2.9 additionally now *requires* dxvk, albeit dxvk-2.1 is sufficient at the base).

Not that it's controlled by RDEPEND checks given no real controls over what people will put in their wine prefix and how (e.g. winetricks). Hopefully the postinst isn't missed.
