I created an ebuild for serviio 2.3.0, I took the original from https://bugs.gentoo.org/505034 and modified to new EAPI and new ebuilds to create user and group serviio.

i'm not really sure about the UID AND GUID i just chose something random.

tested on ~amd64 with systemd, didn't test the init.d scripts.

a conf file to allow mounting directories before starting serviio, i didn't test it since my partitions are at /etc/fstab so it wasn't needed
