Right now, the ebuild has -DBUILD_TESTING=OFF unconditionally.

Alpine fetch test data separately (https://git.alpinelinux.org/aports/tree/community/libjxl/APKBUILD?id=a251d066b386ffca4afb7f8f18b6fabeea2566e1) and it seems to work for them.

Please wire up tests.

Hi Sam,

I don't feel I have enough experience and courage to implement that.

We tried to have the tests for old libjxl when it was in ::guru and I expect there would be some issues again.
