Issue: net-analyzer/zabbix-6.4.3 fails to compile (MUSL-SYSTEM).
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox_musl)

NOTE:
(MUSL-SYSTEM) in the summary means that bug was found on a machine that runs MUSL libc but this bug MAY or MAY NOT BE related to musl.

Just needs to use a newer version of go-sqlite3 (maybe it is already, please check - see https://github.com/mattn/go-sqlite3/issues/1164).

Doesn't honor append-flags, doesnt honor CGO_CFLAGS.

Fixed in zabbix-6.4.12
