The workaround in /etc/portage/package.use can be removed when psych is installed. So it seems like dev-ruby/stringio-3.0.5[doc] depends on >=dev-ruby/psych-4 but that dependency is missing in the ebuild. This issue is triggered by running rdoc, but as far as I can tell rdoc-6.4.0 has always had a dependency on psych 4.0, so it's not clear to me why this would fail for you. Please re-open this issue if this is still causing problems. |
