Description Rick Harris 2005-04-26 21:22:09 UTC
In the current transcode-0.6.14-r1.ebuild, applying the transcode-0.6.14-gcc4.patch results in transcode being unable to report on current frames being encoded, even with '--print_status 1'.
Using gcc-3.3.5.
Applying this patch may or may not also do the same against gcc-4.x.x.
If it does in fact work against gcc-4.x.x, then some gcc detection needs to be included in the ebuild before applying said patch.

Thanks

Current gcc4 patch is wrong, I'll take care of preparing a working one. Sorry for the problem.

gcc4 patch is removed. trancode will require gcc3 until upstream fixes it as it's totally fooled up.
