Hrm, just tried emerging again today, and this error is gone. Weird. Never mind, it's back. I've discovered that when I use gcc-config to switch to compiler [1], this error disappears and I get one elsewhere (sooner). When I switch to compiler [4] (vanilla), I get this error. Presumably, I should be able to compile gcc 3.3.5 with gcc 3.4.3-vanilla. Here's my compiler list: gcc-config -l [1] x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-3.4.3 [2] x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-3.4.3-hardenednopie [3] x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-3.4.3-hardenednossp [4] x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-3.4.3-vanilla * Turns out I had accidentally symlinked in the x86 2005.0 profile when updating the make.profile symlink. This is invalid. :P |
