net/i2p/util/NativeBigInteger.class is missing in versions 1.6.0 and 1.7.1.
But is is needed for net-p2p/freenet to compile. 

# Re-using this patch instead depending on freenet-ext-29 fails with:
# src/freenet/crypt/Hash.java:9: error: package net.i2p.util does not exist

Closing.
Instead of adding the Java part to net-libs/nativebiginteger, the native libraries of jbigi and jcpuid should be built from dev-java/freenet-ext-29.  This would allow net-p2p/freenet to drop its dependency on net-libs/nativebiginteger which has a much bigger download size than freenet.ext-29.
