libticables-3.8.6-3.8.7.diff
Preliminary ebuild:
* Use the sourceforge mirror.
* Added the "usb", "serial" and "parallel" local USE flags.
* At least one of them should be used, if not just show a warn.
* Removed ticables-config, if its really needed take note that it should be
added again and it must be sed'ed in order to replace the correct $libdir
location (for multilib systems)
* Added conditions to be sure that things are going to work
* Needs to be done the 'tiser' external module ebuild
* Needs to create the neccesary hotplug script and usermap for usb (libusb)
support

Arrrg, upstream page (even sourceforge) is not updated, the correct version are: Current Portage Version -> Lastest Stable Version ======================= ====================== libticables-3.8.6. -> libticables-3.8.9 You can found the source at http://gentoo.org.mx/libti/ . It dont have any modification, just added the version sufix, and bziped rather than gziped. The original source is: http://www.ticalc.org/pub/unix/tilibs.tar.gz which include all the lastest libti* I haven't seen this bug before... there are new ebuild on the bug #84763 If I understand correctly, this should be fixed with the updated packages now in Portage, as they cover everything necessary to use TiLP. If I am wrong, feel free to reopen. |
