grhino-0.15.0.ebuild
working ebuild
well, i'm still not sure if this should beinstalled like game or like gnome
package ...
If it goes into games-* and the games team maintains it, then it installs like a game. If it is an official part of gnome or otherwise run by the gnome herd, then it installs like gnome (think gnome-games). I would say that this one definitely falls under games and not gnome. Seems to me like the deps need some work. Does it really not need *anything* to build if USE=-gnome ? Doesn't seem likely. Created attachment 59068 [details]
grhino-0.15.0.ebuild
Tidied up ebuild (still needs dep work though).
well, it does require gnome-base/gnome-libs gnome-base/libgnomeui sys-libs/glibc with pthreads x11-libs/gtk+-2* and ... i'm confused why have_NPTL couldn't be found anymore ... helpdir="${D}${GAMES_DATADIR}/gnome/help/${P}" should be helpdir="${D}${GAMES_DATADIR}/gnome/help/${PN}" otherwise menuitem help/contents won't work and i'm not sure, where this help files should go? and grhino uses yelp for help browsing - i suppose yelp shouldn't be as a dependancy? an ebuild for grhino is now in portage. Thanks. |
