The bug described at http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85384 still appears
to be unfixed upstream, so the ebuild needs that patch too.

This patch is the one from #85384. I wasn't sure what the convention was, so I
have just renamed it to the new version (0.32.4).
