I just emerge sync'd last night to make sure I was current.  When I try to emerge TermReadKey it goes through the mirrors and cannot download 2.21.  When visiting http://search.cpan.org they have version 2.30 and apparently a different maintainer.  There is no 2.30.ebuild and I can't find a location to manually download version 2.21.

Gotta love it. 2.19-2.21 are missing upstream - only ones available are <2.19 and >2.21. I've added 2.21 to the mirrors and updated the ebuild, as well as bumping the ebuild to 2.30, so one way or the other you should be all square in the next few hours.
