net-irc/polari depends on gui-libs/libadwaita to run properly.
On no gnome builds, net-irc/polari cannot run for missing Adw

(polari:178389): Gjs-CRITICAL **: 09:49:26.300: JS ERROR: Error: Requiring Adw, version none: Typelib file for namespace 'Adw' (any version) not found

Yep, you're right. Probably needs RDEPEND on libadwaita[introspection]
