Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: guru_tinderbox)

I can say that it does no longer happen. But while digging into the build log, I noticed that a lot of fuzz stuff is compiled, maybe for nothing if you consider the case of the end-user.

This is using meson now, so yeah it's obsolete.

No switch for it but it's kind of trivial to stop it, may as well.
