At the first glance this looks like you don't have the correct sources for your kernel installed. At the second glance you seem to have different/more problems.

Since the ebuild uses linux-info.eclass this looks like you use an ebuild that is more than a month old. Please rm -rf /var/tmp/portage/* and emerge sync. If the problem still persists then, please provide the complete build output and your emerge info and re-open this bug.
