im developing a video-conference-app which uses h263 as the video-codec.
since i have upgraded from 0.4.7 to0.4.9_p20050226-r3 i cant encode h263 frames anymore. i get a message on the console that the h263-encoder has a invalid timestamp.after that my app segfaults.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge ffmpeg-0.4.9_p20050226-r3
2.compile and run konference (http://developer.berlios.de/projects/konference)

It's not a critical, but yet major as -r3 is marked stable for three archs.

Can you try -r5 if it works?
A new snapshot is probably on the way with improved h263 support.
