app-misc/bins depends on perlmagick. perlmagick is now included in imagemagick-6.2.1.5.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge apps-bin -p --tree
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
emerge tries to merge perlmagick 

Expected Results:  
no merge of perlmagick  

emerge -Du bins -p --tree 
 
These are the packages that I would merge, in reverse order: 
 
Calculating dependencies    ...done! 
[nomerge      ] app-misc/bins-1.1.27 
[ebuild  N    ]  dev-perl/perlmagick-6.2.1.5

Thorny. The version it deps on was still split. But both packages are still ~x86. Let me give this a little thought.

...namely because it doesn't DEPEND on the latest version, only version 5.5.5.3 or greater
