mod_php-4.3.11-r2 and mod_php-4.3.11-r1 cause emerge -u world to fail because they both depend on apache-2.0.54, which is masked.

The hold on emerge -u world was cleared by placing those two versions of mod_php in package.mask, but this is obviously an annoying solution because I have to remember to remove them at the correct time.

mod_php-4.3.11-r{1,2} both depend on >=net-www/apache-2.0.53-r2 which is not masked atm... can't reproduce this
