patch to correct dependency, ebuild -r29 to -r30
Proposed patch to bring ebuild from -r29 to -r30 which appears to resolve the issue described in the bug report, as well as maintain the proper functionality for the unbound use flag.
Nice catch. I find it extremely unlikely that --with-ldns does anything at all. Unbound itself hasn't used ldns in a decade. I'll run some tests and drop the flag/dependency if they pass.
