Now that app-containers/netavark is in gentoo tree, aardvark-dns would complement it well as recommended but optional dep. 
Maybe add USE flag "dns" in app-containers/podman or inform users via post-installation elog.

Please update whole stack of app-containers/podman,app-containers/netavark & add aardvark-dns
