Would it be possible to have the ability to lock bugs turned on (to be used when bugs are hi-jacked, etc.) ?  From a quick look at the bugzie docs, it's something that can be enabled globally or or per 'user group', e.g. for gentoo-dev.

Can you point me to the URL with the option to lock bugs? I parsed through the parameters and couldnt find it.

spoke to some bugzilla dev's...they say it is an often suggested feature, but nothing implemented as of yet.
