After installing the package, the Frank Ruhel CLM font does not appear in LibreOffice. Other fonts, like David do appear. 
In Calligra Words the Frank Ruhel font does appear.

It seems that the Frank Ruhel font misses the ttf file that exists for the other fonts:

If installing the newer masked version, 0.133-r1, than the David font is missing from libre-office and FrankRuehl appears. For this version, FrankRuehl has only ttf files and David misses them.
