just renaming the file for version 2.14.2 works properly, tested on ~amd64.

FWIW, the only listed change in this version is a bug in creating the Windows installer, nothing affecting Linux.

version 2.14.12 (12/31/2022):
	* Remove a string from the Romanian translation that's breaks the creation
