Can't emerge bio2jack. This is error message:

version 0.7 of bio2jack should be tested.  http://bio2jack.sourceforge.net/ for info.

these warning arent a bio2jack related issue:

http://sources.redhat.com/automake/automake.html#Extending%20aclocal:

[...] Starting with Automake 1.8, aclocal will warn about all underquoted calls to AC_DEFUN. [...]

also see bug #89894

the files belong to different projects, and have to be fixed. i also get these warning but it doesnt fail because of these warning. however, i've bumped the version to 0.7, please check if it works with the newer release. thanks
