If I try to compile it with gcc version 4.0.0-beta20050409 (Gentoo Linux 4.0.0_beta20050409) and binutils sys-devel/binutils-2.16.90.0.1 I got this bad result:

it seems like it doesnt have any gcc patches what is present in fedora/debian for latest glibc/gcc

pity, o unable test it with gcc4.

I'm not going to add port gcc4 patches from head to this release.  Upstream promises glibc-2.3.6 will be released to coincide with gcc4 and will contain all the relevant pathces.  If youu want to build glibc with gcc4, I suggest you work with glibc's HEAD.
