This package has not been updated on ::gentoo for really long time and we actually use a version released back on 2007. We (and Arch Linux) are the only distros which actually have it. No revdeps. Removal after 15/02/2023.

I see they have restarted to work on policyd with another name, cluebringer [1] and [2]. I'm closing that bug and see if someone will take care of it.
