engrave-9999 fails on parallel builds.  Build works if I add -j1 to end of MAKEOPTS in engrave-9999.ebuild

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
emerge engrave (assuming you have all your keywords in place)
Actual Results:  
build dies

Expected Results:  
completed build

works fine for me ... just did `make -j` on my amd64 and it ran ok

post some build logs :P

no need.  Sorry it has been so lopng.  Builds fine now.  I was having some NLS issues all over the system I have since straightened out.
