Hi!
I've attached license and a special wrapper script.

IGE - Outer Space is an on-line strategy game which takes place in the dangerous universe. You will become powerful commander of many stars, planets, and great fleets and will struggle for survival with other commanders.

I've run across some problems:
- this game is not designed for host-wide instalation. The wrapper script just copy the game files to ~/.outerspace and run them there
- the author doesn't have any numbering scheme for source files. A new digest must be generated upon every update.

A revised ebuild, for version 0.5.59 is now in portage
