The current gxmessage seems to have problems with "gxmessage -file -": it doesn't like reading from stdin anymore. It worked fine a week ago, so I'm being suspicous of GTK+ which I updated, I have not verified this though.

A newer gxmessage (2.4.3 dd: 2005-03-06 - current version is from 2004-04-15) is available and I tested both the sources from the site and by renaming the ebuild (so for me no point in uploading it), and I did not experience any problems anymore.
